Schedule/Hours:

Full-time travel assignment
Day shifts

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services to adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients in a hospital-based clinic.
Manage a caseload of 55+ patients per week, with productivity expectations of at least 11 visits/day (4.25 units/visit average).
Perform assessments including fall risk evaluation and collaborate on personalized treatment plans.
Treat a wide variety of orthopedic and neuro conditions such as Achilles tendonitis, post-op back pain, ACL tears, Parkinson’s disease, vestibular disorders, and more.
Document efficiently in NextGen EHR.
Participate in case management and interdisciplinary team meetings.

Qualifications:

Degree in Physical Therapy with current state licensure (or eligibility).
Preferred: 1+ year of experience (new graduates with strong clinical rotations considered).
Solid foundation in both orthopedic and neuro rehabilitation.
Professional, business-casual presentation and strong communication skills.
Experience with case management and productivity-focused outpatient care is a plus.
